  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

Preheat your oven to 350˚F.

Add the pumpkin and egg to a mixing bowl. Beat them together until well combined. Stir in the carrots and mix thoroughly. Add in the flour and mix until completely blended.

As you’ll see in my video guide above, I use a well greased mini muffin tin to bake this easy dog biscuit recipe. You could also roll the dough onto a floured surface until it’s about 1/4″ thick. Cut the dough into small pieces with cookie cutters or a pizza cutter, and bake them on a well greased cookie sheet.

You could also roll the dough into 1″ balls and flatten them on the cookie sheet to make a simple, round biscuit. No matter what shape you make them, bake the biscuits for about 30 minutes. You’ll know they are done when the tops are cracked and the bottoms turn a golden brown color.
