Adding supplements to your dog's food is an easy way to increase the nutritional content of his diet. By definition, superfoods are especially rich in nutrients and exceptionally beneficial for overall health and well-being. Like supplements, adding superfoods to your dog's diet is an easy way to boost the nutrient content. Earth Vet Naturals Superfood for Dogs combines the benefits of superfoods and supplements in an easy-to-feed powder.
Many superfoods, like pumpkin and sweet potato, are naturally appetizing to dogs. Others, like flaxseed and alfalfa, may need to be disguised in food or treats in order for your pup to eat them willingly. This supplement for dogs blends multiple superfood ingredients together in an appealing powder.
I was interested to see just how appetizing the Earth Vet Naturals Superfood powder would be. Our Beagle is a bit picky, so I was skeptical that she would eat the powder unless I mixed it in with some appetizing fresh, homemade food.
How did our girls like Earth Vet Naturals Superfood for Dogs? You can see that in my video review above. For all the details about the health benefits that this supplement offers, keep reading!

In fact, I was so impressed with the health and wellness benefits that I discovered through my research that I wish I could take this supplement myself.
Earth Vet Naturals Superfood for Dogs is made in the United States, but I'm not sure that all of the ingredients are sourced here. It does not say on the product label or on the company's website exactly where the ingredients are sourced.
In my video review, you will notice how easy it is to dispense this supplement. There is a small scoop included inside the container, and the feeding directions are to sprinkle 1/2 scoop over your dog's food for every 25 pounds of body weight.
Another thing you will notice in my video review is that our dogs eat this powder with no trouble at all. They have never turned their noses up at it. Even when I sprinkle it on dry kibble, they gobble up their meal as if there was no supplement added at all.
While I cannot guarantee that all dogs will eat this supplement, I can say that Molly is a bit of a picky eater and still enjoys it. I was skeptical at first, but she just sniffed it a little extra the first time I added it to her food and then started eating it right up!
Earth Vet Naturals Superfood for Dogs packs a lot of health benefits in a small package, but it is a bit expensive. You can purchase a 7.1-ounce container on Amazon for $34.99. The company says that there are about 67 scoops of powder in a container.
The container only lasts us about 6 weeks for our two dogs. I know that this isn't an affordable option for ever pet owners, but keep in mind that it may actually save you money in the long run. If your dog is healthier, you won't need to spend as much money on vet bills, other supplements or medication.
