Review: Fizzion Pet Stain and Odor Remover

Cleaning urine stains and pet odors from around your home is a frustrating challenge. If you don’t clean pet stains properly, it is unhygienic and could cause your family to become sick. Fizzion Pet Stain and Odor Remover is one of the many cleaning products on the market formulated specifically for this type of cleaning. I chose to review this product to see how well it actually works.

Unlike traditional cleaning products, odor eliminating cleaners are specifically formulated to remove strong smells (like urine) left by animals. In order for these products to work, they are designed to fight the specific bacteria found in pets’ urine that causes the terrible smell.

Fizzion Pet Stain & Odor RemoverWhen purchasing household cleaning products, you need to be careful to choose cleaners that are not going to be harmful to the people or pets living in your home. Most cleaning supplies contain harmful chemicals that can be very dangerous to people and pets.

You don’t have to worry about harmful chemicals with Fizzion Pet Stain and Odor Remover, since it’s pet-friendly. But, does it work as well as its chemical-filled counterparts? Does it remove the stain and the odor? That’s what I wanted to find out!

Fizzion Pet Stain and Odor Remover Review

Fizzion Pet Stain and Odor Remover

If you’re looking for an eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solution, Fizzion Pet Stain and Odor Remover is quite possibly the most popular option on the market. It uses the power of CO2 to remove all protein-based stains, which includes dog urine.

The power of CO2 breaks the proteins apart, and then safe-but-powerful surfactants (soap) is released to remove all evidence of a stain.

Even though you wipe away other chemical cleaners, there is a chemical residue left behind. Children that play on the floor and pets that lick their paws can ingest the dangerous chemicals second-hand through this residue. Because Fizzion Pet Stain and Odor Remover doesn’t contain any harsh chemicals, it’s safe for all fabrics and surfaces. It’s also safe to be used in areas where small children play.

I’ve tested Fizzion Pet Stain and Odor Remover on both cat and dog urine stains. I’ve also used it to clean after our pets have thrown up. Plus, I use it on other stains that the human members of our family make as well.

Fizzion has helped me remove juice, wine, chocolate and ink from my furniture and carpets. We have 2 dogs, 4 cats and 3 children, so there is no shortage of stains in our home.

I am VERY happy with the results that I’ve seen with Fizzion. I’ve really put this product to the test, and I’m happy to report that it’s removed every stain that I’ve used it on. Sometimes I have to use Fizzion multiple times on the same stain to remove it completely, but it has gotten the job done every time!

Fizzion Pet Stain and Odor RemoverOne thing I do need to mention is that I have never used Fizzion Pet Stain and Odor Remover on a set-in stain. The company does claim that it works well on set-in stains, and many other consumers say the same. I’m going to assume you’ll have to wash a set-in stain more than once to fully remove it, but it probably depends on what the stain is.

As you’ll see in my video review, this cleaner comes in a concentrated tablet that you add to water. One tablet makes 23 ounces of cleaner. It only takes a few minutes for the tablet to dissolve, but you can begin using the cleaner after the tablet has dissolved for just 30-45 seconds.

A 23-ounce bottle with 2 tablets can be purchased on Amazon for $12.95. You can also buy a refill package with 2 tablets for $10.95 or a package with 8 tablets for $24.99. It’s slightly more expensive than other chemical-based cleaners, but I think it’s well worth it for the effectiveness and safety of Fizzion.
