Selecting the right dog food for your pet is something that you should not take lightly.
You need to have a conversation with your veterinarian about the nutritional needs of your dog's breed and how many calories he'll require based on his weight, energy level, and age.
Inception Dog Food is available in both wet and dry recipes and is suitable for most breeds and sizes.
When you're at the pet store shopping for a new diet for your pup, you need to look for quality food that fits your budget and provides your pooch with all the necessary nutrients his body needs.
When shopping for a new dog food brand, look for:
- natural ingredients (nothing artificial)
- quality ingredients (hormone and antibiotic-free, no GMOs, no fillers, etc.)
- made and sourced in the USA or other trusted countries
- a reputable company with no recalls
You're not going to be able to get all the information you need from the label.
You'll need to do some research online before going to the store.
Take recommendations from your veterinarian and/or canine nutritionist and other pet owners.
Check into the recommended brands a bit more deeply by researching them online.
Remember, when reading reviews like this for Inception Food, just because a dog food worked out for someone else's dog does not mean it will be a good fit for yours.
Inception dog food, for example, is a reputable company that uses top-quality ingredients in their dog food products.
My dogs enjoyed eating their kibble and canned foods, but your dog may not – it depends on your dog's preferences.
Inception Dog Food Review
- chicken & pork
The first 2 ingredients in every recipe are meat and meat meal. Some pet owners are leery about feeding their dog food that includes meat meals, but it's actually more protein-packed than the whole meat sources that it is made from.
All Inception dog food products have at least 70% protein.
There are no potatoes, legumes, corn, wheat, or soy in any of their recipes. They also never include artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
This dog food is formulated for all life stages EXCEPT the growth of large breeds (70+ pounds).
My dogs aren't very picky when it comes to wet food because they don't get it very often.
However, they eat homemade food, so they can be very particular when it comes to kibble.
As you can see in my video review above, they were all excited to eat Inception foods (even my pickiest eater).
The kibble size is very small, so it's ideal for small breeds and pets with dental health issues.
As with all higher-quality dog food products, these aren't the cheapest options on the market.
While this price won't fit into everyone's budget, it's very comparable to other dog food options of similar quality.
When it comes to pet food, the cheapest is never the best option.
You get what you pay for in this case, and I do believe that Inception dog food offers a good value for the price.
