- 1 pound ground beef
- 1.5 cups uncooked rice
- 1.5 cups old fashioned oats
- 8 eggs
- 2 grated sweet potatoes
- 2 chopped celery stalks
- 2 grated carrots
The serving size for this recipe is approximately 1 muffin for every 20 pounds of body weight. Note that these are full size muffins. If you use a mini-muffin tray, you’ll need to estimate the serving size based on the size of the muffins.
