  • 1.5 cups uncooked rice
  • 1.5 cups old fashioned oats
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 grated sweet potatoes
  • 2 chopped celery stalks
  • 2 grated carrots

The serving size for this recipe is approximately 1 muffin for every 20 pounds of body weight. Note that these are full size muffins. If you use a mini-muffin tray, you'll need to estimate the serving size based on the size of the muffins.
